All yarn and special orders are final sales no exceptions.
I do not accept returns on special orders.
exchanges will be accepted only within 7 days please contact me upon receiving order
cancellations will result in a processing fee of $25.00
Processing time: The time I need to prepare a special order and the fee for shipping varies.
Customs and import taxes are not the responsibility of JPK.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. I will be happy to work with you if your not completely satisfied.
Please note that we are a small shop and we are working hard to complete your orders, we ask however, for your patience and allow us 2 days to get back to you if we don't respond immediately.
